Join us for  Sunset Social on the beach at the Lido Beach Resort

Join the Florida Midwives association and Kelly Atkins dancing Kai (www.kaimoves.com) on the beach during their biennial conference. The theme is relax, reconnect, restore. We will dance " AWAKE" Kai's newest hour long dance with music ranging from rock, pop, instrumental, kirtan and even a country song. The dance is guided by Kai's creator Kelly Atkins thru a wonderful sound system on the beach just before sunset, giving you time to take a dip in the water if you like. Easy to learn movements and fun guided freestyle !


This is a benefit class with all proceeds going to the lobbyists who are working  to keep the laws supportive for Midwives. $10 or more donation welcome! Bring a towel, water and your body..
